Qualifications:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (for pharmacists) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (for clinicians)
• Possess a valid DBS check
• Hold current professional indemnity insurance
• Have a strong knowledge of current guidelines and regulations related to LTCRs
